All services are scheduled based on the availability of our staff and the needs of our clients. Changes to the scheduled service must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Prices for our services will be provided in a formal quote before the commencement of any work. All prices are subject to change based on the scope of work, additional services requested, or unforeseen circumstances that require additional labor or materials.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the premises are safe for our staff to work in. This includes the removal of hazardous materials and informing our staff of any potential risks.

4.3 Pets and Valuables

Clients should secure pets and valuables before our staff arrives. Gaede Cleaning Services UK is not responsible for any damage or loss of valuables that are not properly secured.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Gaede Cleaning Services UK will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property while providing our services. However, we are not liable for any damage to items that are fragile, irreplaceable, or not properly secured.

5.2 Insurance Coverage

6. Termination

Clients may terminate the service agreement at any time with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any services rendered up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.

We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement without notice if the client violates any of these Terms or if the working environment is deemed unsafe for our staff.
